We are specifically looking for MBA in HRM from Batch 2010/2011 from premier B-schools.

Purpose and Scope:

The Human Resource function is at the centre partnering with other business functions to drive organizational strategy through a performance and value based culture.

- This role has the primary responsibility of supporting campus hiring initiatives in order to hire and induct the best talent that supports the growth of our businesses. The incumbent will be part of GILAC Corporate HR team and will get an opportunity to work on other key HR processes and projects identified based on performance.

Responsibilities:

- Support in executing campus recruitment strategy, talent search and process improvement

- Responsible for Employer Branding for Campus hiring

- Managing campus hiring and selection process at B-schools and graduate collages to support Godrej businesses talent requirements

- Coordinating and supporting campus activation and engagement activities

- Managing induction of management trainees and summer interns

- Identify opportunities for improving candidate experience and scheduling efficiency.

- Track metrics for enhancing efficiencies for processes

- Build relationships with strategic schools to increase the talent pipeline

- Prepare and deliver offers to candidates, tracking of the offers and manage all candidate
preparation for new hire processes

- Support to other recruitment processes

- Support the Corporate HR Team on special projects on need basis

Personal Attributes Required:

- Excellent oral and written communication skills

- Ability to work under tight deadlines, collaborative working style and high quality service orientation

- Ability to influence stakeholders without formal authority including senior management
