- Develop and Implement Campus Recruitment Strategy:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive Campus recruitment strategy that aligns with the business goals, talent needs and employer brand.
- Manage campus relationships and evaluate the campuses to visit for internships and final placements, using objective criteria based on changing marketplace demographics.
- Identify, engage and nurture relationships with premier academic institutions, faculty and alumni
- Life Cycle Management & Development of Career Path for Campus Recruits:
- Drive the campus recruitment process for Management Trainees, Graduate Engineering Trainees, CA and Interns which includes screening, scheduling interviews, selection and offer.
- Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the recruitment and onboarding process, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Partner with the internal stakeholders on the design and execution of management trainee induction, connect and journey programs
Campus Branding & Engagement:
- Anchor campus engagements like hackathon, ideathon, case study competitions, guest lectures etc to attract talent and be recognised as a preferred employer.
- Drive the pre joining engagement and post joining connect with trainees and interns.
