Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Tier1 or Tier2 college pass out

- Crafting and executing a comprehensive campus branding and outreach strategy

- Building strong relationships with colleges, universities, and student organizations to increase awareness of our organization and opportunities

- Collaborating with PR and marketing teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging and consistency across all platforms

- Planning and coordinating on-campus events such as career fairs, information sessions, and networking events

- Actively promoting our company culture, values and opportunities through various channels, including social media, campus publications, and career websites

- Creating and implementing creative and engaging content to attract and engage with students, such as blogs, videos, and campaigns

- Tracking and analyzing metrics to measure the effectiveness of branding and outreach efforts

- Partnering with the HR team to develop and improve our campus recruitment strategies.
