JOB DESCRIPTION
We're looking for an exceptional Sales Operation Manager to drive this new market entry to scale up our International Biz, with an initial focus on US / North America. You will oversee the workflow of all business processes including managing daily activities of the operational sales support function, preparing reports, and directing the sales department. You will also be responsible for sales forecasting, analytics, productivity, CRM maintenance, and other sales support functions.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Own the end-to-end process of tracking the sales funnel and operational metrics and delivering regular insights to the business; define and deliver techniques to improve the funnel performance for sales management
- Sales forecasting for goal setting, using past data and indicators
- Proactively identify areas of opportunity to increase efficiency in our Sales and support processes
- Managing technical tools and platforms, including CRMs (customer relationship management platforms such as Leadsquared)
- Developing - go to market- models for products and campaigns
- Increasing reps' efficiency with leads, transactions, and time management
- Assisting with the onboarding and training process of new Sales Representative
- KRAs: sales, Team Management, and devising Go-to-Market strategy
OTHER REQUIREMENTS :
- Experience : 8-9 years of overall prior sales experience, leadership experience (ideal candidate will have the following experience EdTech + B2C + Inside sales)
- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Familiarity with databases and sales software
- Key skills : exceptional communication, sales, client servicing
- Attitude : self-starter, patient, minimal need for supervision
- Ability to work in a hybrid shift
Timings US hours (8 PM to 6 AM IST)
Working days 6 working days with 1 day-off which maybe during the week
Location : Gurgaon/Bangalore, India. We- re working remotely till the situation does not improve.
