JOB DESCRIPTION

We're looking for an exceptional business analyst to drive this new market entry to scale up our International Biz, with an initial focus on US / North America. You will be working with the leadership to understand business requirements and explore opportunities to drive efficiency in operations by automating reports/ processes.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

- Identify different types of data that need tracking to improve business performance.

- Help setup processes & enable teams with proper dashboards/tools for smooth operations.

- Generate easy-to-interpret reports based on collected data.

- Automate any manual process in the reporting.

- Manage and design a reporting environment, including data sources, security, and metadata.

- Ideate useful metrics and dashboards for different business processes.

- Locate and define new process improvement opportunities.

SKILLS REQUIRED :

- MS Excel

- R/SAS/SQL

- Data Analytics

OTHER REQUIREMENTS :

Experience: Minimum one year experience as a business/data analyst

- Must have done BE/B.Tech/B.Com/BA

- Masters in data analytics will be preferred

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy

- Knowledge of statistics and experience using statistical packages for analyzing datasets

- Expert in data cleaning, management, and analysis

- Ability to work in a hybrid shift

TIMINGS : US hours (8PM to 6AM IST)
