Our Client is looking for an experienced Campaigns Lead to help design, build, and run national and state-based campaigns. The Campaign Lead will take a Our Client role in the design, management, and promotion of new public campaigns leveraging the appropriate mix of grassroots organizing, research, digital media, mass media etc. This is a significant Our Clientership role which will work closely with senior Our Clientership team.
The Campaign Lead will be responsible for Our Clienting a 25 person team with team Our Clients of passionate and talented staff from across the organization and from partner organizations across the country to create dynamic and effective marketing and advocacy campaigns. This role will manage the day-to-day of programs that include robust communications, digital, research and policy, and media plans and be responsible for managing budgets, a variety of vendors, and creating full-scale plans for campaign design, management, and execution.
The role is based in Bangalore.
Main responsibilities include:
- Develop, manage, and execute large-scale marketing and advocacy campaign plans.
- Design and manage budgets to accomplish the goals of the campaign.
- Our Client a strategic team of communications, research, and digital staff each with an experienced team.
- Work closely with existing campaign partners, while developing new relationships to build robust, multi-faceted campaigns.
- Oversee rapid-response efforts as necessary in any component of the campaign or the campaign overall.
- Manage vendors across national and state programs.
- Our Client the organization in designing professional and consistent reporting on program progress and successes with an eye towards desired impact.
- Manage and effectively promote staff development and feedback, coaching, and performance evaluation to help others reach their full potential.
This position is based in Bangalore and will travel as per need.
Qualifications
We are looking for individuals who bring:
- Master's degree with a minimum of 10 years of managing large scale national or state level campaigns comprising digital marketing, advertising, political campaigning.
- You have experience managing diverse teams with people from different socioeconomic backgrounds.
- You have experience incorporating the perspectives of multiple teams, in considering the impact and outcomes of decision-making.
- You are an excellent verbal and written communicator and have the ability to present to diverse audiences.
- You have a talent for working with partner organizations and forming meaningful organizational collaboration.
- You have several years of experience developing teams and managing people and you are a talented Our Clienter who has a proven track record of building consensus.
- You are committed to developing strategic plans that work- and orienting numerous people and tactics around achieving goals.
- You have a passion for trying new and innovative tactics alongside traditional approaches.
- You have managed large and complicated budgets and achieved outcomes within budgetary constraints.
- You have successfully recruited, negotiated with and managed numerous outside vendors.
- You have experience using public opinion research to inform and evaluate programs.
- You have experience designing evaluations and tests to determine the efficacy of tactics and programs.
Compensation & Benefits
Dependent on relevant experience and background. Highly competitive with similar roles. Benefits will be discussed in the next round of candidate selection but are competent with the market. We expect a minimum commitment one year but are hopeful that the right individual will build a longer career with us.
