Drive offline transactions for Consumer Durables and Digital Products on a large EMI Card franchise (~5.5 Cr+) through
(i) statistical models, big data analysis, propensity models and other analytics projects
(ii) optimizing the Store conversion(POS/ISD/QR) Funnel (~50K Offline Stores)
(iii) end to end Campaign planning, creatives, execution & reporting,
(iv) Deliver B2B requirements for BFL Consumer App - Customer engagement and Reward Propositions with Annual budget of ~40 Cr,
(v) and work towards initiatives to minimize EMI Portfolio risk exposure.
