We are looking for Campaign Mgr ( Social Media ) for Gurgaon office of the client

3) Position- Campaign Manager- (SOCIAL MEDIA)
4) Experience- 3-7 years in Media Buying & Operations in Digital Domain
5) Qualification- Graduate

THE JD IS AS FOLLOWS-
Responsibilities
- Strategizing digital marketing campaigns across paid, owned and earned media for Client accounts.
- Working with cross-functional teams including Media, Creative & Technology to drive innovation across integrated marketing campaigns.
- Understand clients' business and domain challenges and provide strategic direction for their digital needs.
- Responsible for digital strategy and consumer insights for key accounts.
- Developing new long term business offerings, organizational capabilities and competencies.
- Develop and nurture ongoing partnerships with key Clients.
- Leading strategic digital planning and digital media strategy.
- Responsible for leading and managing analytics and measurement, social listening, brand track and KPI setting through a team of specialists.
- Responsible for new digital business pitch planning.
- 4-8 members. Coach, guide, evaluate, and develop team members to be capable in meeting market challenges in strategy development, tactics planning and execution. Maintain the team's stability.
Skills Required :
- Digital agency account service experience and managed the most senior client relationship on the clients served.
- Digital savvy. Passionate about Digital/social media communications as well as technology/trends.
- Strong planning skill and strategic thinking
- Strong creativity and out-of-box ideas generator.
- Strong team leader with proven record.
- Good communication skill and presentation skill
Preferred experience background :
- 4- 8 + years of Digital Agency experience
- Experience of handling the most senior client relationships
- Campaign strategy for Brands. Innovative
ideas for creative's/innovation/execution.
- Ideas/Innovations/Strategies for Generic
Advertising for Brands.
- Keep the record of competitive brands campaign in an ambient touch points
- Make the estimates & the profit sheets and maintain the vendor payments and registration with the organization
- Coordinate with Commercial team, Clients & vendors for the payments and keep the records of the campaigns
- Maintain ambient data with the upcoming and new media details and update to the internal as well external clients
- Coordinate with operation team for smooth execution in Branding and Activation
- Study and introduce new terms in planning for better and effective planning with the statistics
- To plan, organize, implement and control day-to-day planning & buying process
- Responsible for negotiations and effective utilization of budgets
- Evaluate the deals and ensure that it has bought within the set benchmark
- To follow evaluation parameters for campaigns and ensure effective campaign implementation
- To provide mid-campaign evaluation and take corrective action as required to ensure that campaign deliverables are met
- To maintain detailed records and documentation of the executed campaigns
- To manage client relationships and be responsive to client requirements
- To maintain good relations with media owners and ensure smooth execution
- Monitoring and analyzing of competitors- media spends
- Monitoring and analyzing of channels inventories and channel stability
- Responsible for Innovations & Integrations
