Campaign Manager - ReBid
Good to have:
- Execute day to day production tasks (Campaign set up, launch, tracking & optimization)
- Completes QA and all production procedures accurately
- Independently run campaigns on our unified digital media buying platform that integrates several DSPs
- Run general & custom reports through backend DB systems for Campaign and
QA requirements:
- Analyze performance metrics and optimize campaigns as needed
- Identify trends in data for call outs and to identify anomalies
- Run campaign calendar, trafficking assets and related pre/post-launch processes
- Chip into company initiatives, processes and rollouts
- You will be owning and leading the ad operations function at RD&X Network
- You will be responsible for working with stakeholders to ensure successful execution of ad operations campaigns, designing/streamlining workflows, ensuring meticulous reporting and dashboard creations to achieve stakeholder goals
- Serve as a trafficking expertise owning the set-up, management, and execution of several of our top accounts, while maintaining a high-quality standard for the
- Advertising Operations department to ensure 100% accuracy and to exceed client expectation
- Monitor campaign delivery to ensure campaigns are running as expected and targeting objectives are met; including checking daily reports and providing troubleshooting support for trafficking issues related to creative, publisher implementation, and escalating to third party vendors when necessary
- Collaborate with team members by providing guidance on how to continually improve operational processes, supporting systems and communication channels where needed
- Training and assisting clients on correct setup of campaigns, campaign workflow and product training's for traders and other campaign planning and ad ops staff
- Act as a strategic partner within account teams; providing consultation to clients on the correct setup of campaigns, tagging of clients sites, and the use of web technologies to meet client needs
Non-negotiable :
- 3-5 years of relevant experience pertaining to digital/online/mobile ad operations
- Understanding of set up & QA process, pixel tracking via console or third-party software.
- Strong hands-on domain experience on ad serving tools like DFP/Google Ads Manager and other Ad Servers/DMPs/CDPs (Knowledge of Google Ads Manager/DFP is a must)
- Proficient in different ad servers (DFA/DCM, Mediamath, DCM, DV 360, Sizmek, Lotame, TTD, Amazon DSP)
- Knowledge of Yield Optimisation across multiple pricing models and KPI goals like CPM/CPC/CPI
- Experience with DSP, Ad Exchange, Analytics and DMP/CDP technologies
Digital Marketing Skills :
- Strong understanding of the Display Advertising Ecosystem; experience working on Ad networks & exchanges; familiarity with ad servers, rich media vendors, RTB/Programmatic buying experience a plus.
- Interact with account managers, engineers, and partners on various ops projects and work in partnership with internal and onshore teams to execute display, video and audio campaigns.
- Understanding of trafficking queue, build grid, delivery timelines and reporting cycles from Ad operations context.
- Responsible for detailed campaign execution, along with quality assurance, during the pre-launch stage, to ensure successful onboarding of advertisers.
Business Skills :
- Understanding of collaboration tools such as Jira and other ticketing systems.
- Comfortable collaborating using a variety of communication methods such as email and chat across time zone.
- Ability to prioritize multiple projects and advertisers simultaneously.
- Shown ability to learn quickly, be a teammate, and lead change optimally.
- Motivated self-starter capable of taking initiative and handling tough situations
- Basic project management and excellent communication skills
