Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled Publisher Campaign Manager - Programmatic to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in Ad Operations with a focus on campaign management, ensuring smooth execution and optimization of programmatic campaigns across platforms.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Ensure timely delivery and execution of programmatic ad campaigns.

- Manage end-to-end campaign lifecycle including setup, launch, tracking, and optimization.

- Troubleshoot and resolve ad-serving and pacing issues.

- Provide timely screenshots and compile screenshot decks for campaign verification.

- Generate ad hoc, weekly reports, and post-campaign wrap-up analyses.

- Create media plans, PG campaigns, and Insertion Orders (IOs) in Operative.

Skills and Qualifications Required:

- 3+ years of experience in Ad Operations campaign management/support within the online advertising/media space.

- Strong experience with Google Ad Manager, FreeWheel, or similar ad-serving platforms is highly preferred.

- Familiarity with Operative One or similar order management systems is a strong plus.

- Solid understanding of Programmatic Guaranteed (PG) and Private Marketplace (PMP) deals.

- Proven ability to multitask and manage priorities in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.

- Proficiency in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- High attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining quality.

- Strong team player with dependable work ethic and interpersonal skills.

- Self-motivated with a high standard of accountability.
