ROLE PURPOSE:

1) Driving e-commerce activities for the Digital Marketing UPSL Internet Campaign through Secured Section of the Company's website for the existing customers.

2) Undertaking proactive campaigns to reach out to existing customers through e-mailers, smses & social media to increase sales.

3) Working together with the service communication team & establishing a Service Communication platform to reach out to existing customers.

4) Relationship Management with various stakeholders to influence the input & output metrics.

5) Complete management of data planning through identification of various data sources.

6) Implementation of new ideas like email marketing, sms marketing, re-marketing, social media marketing to increase lead availability for sales & thereby increase the upsell rate.

7) Present the Input-Output Equation & drive the same through the various stakeholders.

8) Institutionalising various processes to ensure end-to-end delivery.

9) Adherence to regulatory requirements if any.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITY:

1) Meet Input numbers & Business targets & track YOY.

2) Lead Generation through e-mail marketing, sms marketing, re-marketing, social media marketing.

3) Creating Campaign visibility among various stakeholders through regular MIS & other mechanisms.

4) Different Propensity Based Campaigns to ensure Proper Customer Upsell.

5) Call Centre Productivity & Training initiatives.

6) Co-ordinating with agents to improve Presentations, Conversions & overall Campaign business.

Salary offered: 8 - 15 LPA
