About the job
As a Campaign Manager - CRM & Digital Marketing, you will leverage the digital marketing stack (owned, earned & paid media) to acquire, retain, and win back customers.
You will be responsible for journey design, campaign execution, performance analysis, and continuous optimization to enhance the customer lifecycle and lifetime value (LTV).
Key Responsibilities
Platform Management
- Manage and optimize Marketing Automation Platforms like MoEngage, WebEngage, CleverTap, Adobe Marketing Cloud, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Smartech.
- Drive paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other performance marketing platforms.
- Utilize Web & App Analytics tools to track and optimize digital touchpoints.
Define Business Objectives
- Customer Retention & Loyalty: Develop strategies to increase repeat purchases and maximize customer LTV.
- Cross-Sell & Upsell: Identify opportunities to enhance order value through personalized product recommendations.
- CRM & Loyalty Programs: Implement and optimize engagement tactics to improve retention.
Consumer Segmentation
- Analyze consumer transaction behavior to create meaningful segments/clusters.
- Leverage RFM (Recency, Frequency, Monetary) analysis to improve targeting.
- Build predictive models to enhance segmentation and drive personalized marketing efforts.
Journey Design & Communication Development
- Develop multi-channel, personalized customer journeys across email, SMS, push notifications, and social media.
- Work with design, content & copywriting teams to craft compelling, conversion-focused messaging.
- Implement dynamic creative elements for personalized communication based on segmentation.
- Continuously test, optimize, and refine journeys based on performance data.
Conversion Funnel Optimization
- Map the entire customer conversion funnel, identifying key friction points.
- Use data-driven insights to reduce drop-offs and improve conversion rates at each stage.
- Implement A/B testing and behavioral triggers to optimize engagement.
Reporting & Analysis
- Track the impact of campaigns on Customer LTV, retention, and engagement rates.
- Extract insights from customer behavior data to enhance targeting, communication, and personalization.
- Provide actionable recommendations to improve campaign ROI and customer engagement metrics.
Qualifications & Skills
Educational:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Marketing, Business, Data Science, or a related field.
Experience:
- 2+ years of experience in Marketing Automation & Digital Campaign Management.
- Prior experience in Retail, E-commerce, D2C, or Quick Commerce is a plus.
Technical Skills:
- Marketing Automation Tools: MoEngage, WebEngage, CleverTap, Adobe Marketing Cloud, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Smartech.
- Data Analytics & Segmentation: Strong knowledge of Google Analytics, SQL, Python (preferred).
- Performance Marketing Channels: Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Facebook Ads.
- A/B Testing & Optimization: Ability to run experiments and drive data-backed improvements.
Soft Skills:
- Strong analytical mindset & problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication & stakeholder management abilities.
- Highly organized, with a data-driven & performance-focused approach
