Job Description :
- As a Campaign Manager, you'll coordinate with internal stakeholders across different verticals i.e. marketing , product to develop and execute campaign strategies to achieve campaign aims
- Supervise the execution, monitoring and measurement of marketing campaigns and their success
- Troubleshoot cross-functional stakeholders in case of any campaign related issues
- Ongoing communication with the stakeholders based on campaign reviews gating process at the time of development
- Collect feedback from external as well as internal stakeholders track performance and optimize design/targeting to improve the campaign effectiveness
a) Campaign Operations :
- Conceptualize and execute campaigns for increasing spends/balances & retain customer stickiness in collaboration with Marketing Communications team
- Publish campaign results with Pre & post comparison along with sharp analytical inputs
- Update every customer touchpoints with the relevant offerings for each campaign
- Investigate and respond to other stakeholder/customer queries within TAT to improve customer satisfaction
- Timely campaign fulfilment to avoid customer complaints
- Ensure timely processing of invoices post procuring necessary approvals
b) Business support
- Utilize campaign learning for optimizing cost & increase campaign response/ profitability
- Understand customer's lifecycle and identify business opportunities through data analysis and campaign result reviews
