Job Description :

The applicant will be responsible for executing marketing campaigns using Eloqua (Marketing Automation Tool). This includes target segmentation, emailing, lead nurturing for B2B campaigns, nurture campaigns, also manage marketing automation platform enhancement plans & techniques with best practices and innovation.

- The position requires a hands-on, collaborative, and flexible approach with the ability to oversee and execute B2B campaigns effectively.

Key Responsibilities :

- Work collaboratively with global marketing managers to develop email and nurture campaigns that support the business objectives.

- Plan and execute campaigns using an innovative approach, owning the process end to end, including segmentation, email testing, campaign flow design, campaign execution, and campaign performance analysis.

- Work closely with Marketing & Sales Operations team to ensure seamless integration with SFDC, lead management and other reporting systems.

- Oversee and manage the effectiveness of the campaigns; monitor and optimize the campaign model to increase the success of lead volume, quality and delivery of marketing qualified leads.

- Ensure that the contact/customer data and lead data are accurate, complete and accessible.

- Create test plans to ensure ongoing optimization of campaigns.

- Manage implementation, testing, execution and reporting on Eloqua-based campaigns for lead management, lead nurturing, lead scoring and lead routing.

- Recapitulate and optimize campaigns to drive the best possible results.

- Collaborate with sales operations on enhancing and troubleshooting issues with the lead management process and integration with marketing automation platforms.

- Ensure essential data is captured at all customer touch points.

Skills Required :

- Minimum of 4 years- demand generation experience in a B2B environment

- Hands on experience in managing email campaigns and program implementation (an edge) in Eloqua.

- Background in marketing principles, and experience with database management, email marketing, marketing automation systems, and CRM systems, preferred.

- Experience creating and maintaining custom reports and dashboards.

- Experience managing Global clients.

- Ability to flourish in a dynamic, fast-paced environment along with excellent communication skills.

- Knowledge of CRM systems (Salesforce.com) and Marketing Automation tools (Eloqua) and tracking tools to assess campaign effectiveness.

- Distinguishing problem-solving, strategic and analytical capabilities with a strong track record of setting and delivering against measurable marketing metrics.

- Experience of using Eloqua (Marketing Automation Tool) must.
