Campaign and Customer Analytics

Location: Chennai
Key Responsibilities :
1) Segment, prioritize, and socialize clearly distinctive customer segments based on demographics, purchasing behavior, lifestyle preferences, motivations and attitudinal insights
2) Strategise and implement analytics and insights roadmap to advance customer segmentation, customer retention marketing strategies and cross-category propensity
3) Analyze and synthesize primary and secondary customer research, including focus groups, interviews, and surveys, to shape a deeper understanding of our customers
4) Support Marketing, Product Management, teams with ad-hoc customer insights needs
5) Provide robust campaign analytics / insights to sharpen design of all marketing & CRM campaigns
Skill Required:
1) 2+ years of experience in Customer,Campaign and Marketing Analytics
2) Expertise in data mining, machine learning, statistical analysis, and modeling
3) Fluency in programming languages such as R, Matlab, Python, etc
