Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- The incumbent should have previous experience as a campaign production analyst and/or equivalent/relevant Leadership experience in the Production space.
- Special emphasis is on resource management, Customer Service, escalation management/problem resolution, gathering requirements, analysis, ability to translate business requirements into functional/business specifications, creating test plans, and developing quality assurance methodologies.
- It is desirable for the incumbent to have had experience in Audience Selection (Querying a database), A/B Testing (Splitting out the Target Audience into different test groups) and/or Segmentation (using criteria to split out a population).
Specifically, the following knowledge/skills are expected :
- Strong working knowledge of email marketing/campaign management tools like Dream, Harmony, Exact Target or equivalent (Harmony preferred)
- Understanding of email and web marketing management including graphic design production, email coding and attention to detail are preferred
- Technical skills in SAS, SQL and proficiency in campaign management tools like IBM Unica or equivalent tools highly desirable
- Solid work experience in performing and leading production tasks within the marketing delivery process
- Hands-on experience in Change Management and Issue Management
- Strong working skills with all Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint
- Strong communication, both written and verbal, with the team and internal partners, at all levels.
- Strong working knowledge of project management
- Ability to learn new systems and support analyst training on systems
- Proven ability with managing processor functions
- Proven ability to develop, construct and execute validation plans
- Has contributed to or authored client deliverables
- Has maintained project/account documentation
- Has worked with technical staff to design and implement technical solutions
- Has to experience in systems development
- Has participated in the integration of new development into an existing technical solution
