About our Client - Our client is a one of the leading private banks to be set up in India in the late 90s with strengths in both retail and corporate banking to achieve excellence not just locally but internationally. As an initiative to set up an in house marketing analytics team, they are looking for strong campaign analytics professionals to join them and grow it further.
Job Description - Reporting to the Assistant Vice President and leading a team of two you will be responsible to focus on campaign execution and fulfillment processes. in addition to this your main responsibilities will be- Design and create a suitable framework for cross sell marketing & sales campaigns
- Drive insights through campaign synthesis and constant monitoring
- Working with the leadership and brand managers to maintain and publish bank wide campaign calendar
- Create a robust campaign data infrastructure platform
The Successful Candidate - You must have at least 3 to 4 years of post qualification experience in Campaign Analytics with exposure to retail banking products like Liabilities, cards or Loans. You must come from an Indian Banking setup or should have serviced an Indian Bank as a client. In addition to this you must be very proficient with SAS, SQL and Enterprise Miner. You must be proficient with Excel and should have managerial experience of handling a team for at least 2 years.
