Key Responsibilities
- This is a critical role that will service the Marketing functions for all customer campaign targeting, development, operation, reporting and insight.
Key Tasks
- Drive improvement to the process across marketing for campaign operations.
- Working closely with the Marketing functions, identify and prioritise campaigns to meet the company margin targets
- Working with BI, use predictive/propensity models for campaign targeting across churn, upgrade, margin and sales to improve efficiency of campaigns
- Increase operational efficiency through innovation and automation of campaigns
- Manage contacts per customer to ensure optimum efficiency of contact
- Execute and ensure commercial campaigns can deliver strong ROI or margin improvements
- Operate through SAS campaign management tools
- Provide campaign reporting and insight back to business for strategic improvement

Skills Required
- Strong Campaign operations experience
- Technical knowledge of SAS & Teradata SQL
- Strong relationship skills to run cross functional programs
- Customer Focus with commercial sense
- Excellent communications skills
- VB database skills (not essential)
