Campaign Analyst - Consumer banking - Global Payments & Consulting Firm - Contractual Role

Our client a Global Payments firm is seeking a Campaign Analyst for a 12-month (extendable) contract based in Dubai, UAE. This role is designed for a professional with over 4 years of experience in campaign analysis or a related field. The successful candidate will be pivotal in mapping and optimizing customer journeys, designing multi-channel campaigns, and leveraging data-driven insights to enhance decision-making processes. This role offers a significant opportunity to impact customer engagement strategies at the end client Bank.
What You Will Be Doing:
- Customer Journey Analysis: Map and analyse the end-to-end customer journey, identifying key touchpoints and interactions across various channels such as websites, email, social media, etc.
- Campaign Design and Measurement: Develop and deliver multi-channel marketing campaigns, along with robust measurement strategies to assess their effectiveness.
- Performance Testing: Design and execute performance and A/B tests to optimize campaigns and ensure they deliver the desired outcomes.
- Campaign Improvements: Implement enhancements based on data-driven insights to improve campaign performance continually.
- Decision Intelligence: Utilize analytics to understand customer behaviours, preferences, and engagement patterns to support informed decision-making.
- CRM and Contact Rules: Support CRM strategies and establish contact rules to ensure consistent and personalized communication across customer interactions.
- Data Selection and Segmentation: Build precise customer segments and audiences to target the right customers effectively.
- Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and data teams to synchronize strategies and improve the overall customer experience.
Your Background: Experience Requirement: Minimum of 4 years in campaign analysis, marketing analytics, or a closely related field.
Essential Skills:
- Strong analytical skills and experience in mapping customer journeys.
- Proficiency in designing and measuring the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
- Experienced in performance and A/B testing.
- Collaborative Skills: Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams to align campaign strategies with broader marketing and product goals.
- Technical Skills: Knowledge of CRM systems and data analysis tools.
This is a contractual opportunity with an initial 12 month contract and this is going to be based out of Dubai.
