ABOUT THE COMPANY :

Camp K12 is a Series A funded ed-tech startup founded by an MIT and Harvard computer science graduate and the ex-CEO of Apple (India), bringing coding and 21st-century skills to students of ages 6-18 globally. We were India's first coding boot camp for school kids in 2011, and today, we are the leader in the K-12 education space, both offline and online, making cutting-edge technologies like AI, 3D/virtual reality programming, web and mobile app development accessible to young students via our custom-built technology platforms.

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Ability to understand business objectives and align CX accordingly.

- Working backwards to lead the end-user experience.

- Data-driven mindset and an aptitude for technology.

- Managing technical tools and platforms, including CRMs (customer relationship management platforms such as Leadsquared, Exotel, Zendesk)

- Oversee the Level 2 Support in order to ensure customer issues get resolved promptly and with a high degree of satisfaction.

- Ability to run experiments and execute ideas

- Ability to manage very large teams across CX, product and operations.

- Key skills : exceptional communication, empathy, client servicing

- Key KRAs : Empathy, Problem-solving and analytical skills

- Attitude : self-starter, patient, minimal need for supervision

- Experience : 4 to 6 years of overall prior sales experience (ideal candidate will have the following experience EdTech + CX / Operations)

Timings- 11AM - 9PM

Working days- 6 working days with 1 day-off which maybe during the week

Location- Gurgaon, India (Hybrid)
