ABOUT THE COMPANY
Camp K12 is a Series A funded ed-tech startup founded by an MIT and Harvard computer science graduate and the ex-CEO of Apple (India), bringing coding and 21st-century skills to students of ages 6-18 globally. We were India's first coding boot camp for school kids in 2011, and today, we are the leader in the K-12 education space, both offline and online, making cutting-edge technologies like AI, 3D/virtual reality programming, web and mobile app development accessible to young students via our custom-built technology platforms.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Drives recruitment strategy for Leadership mandates. Recruits, interviews, and facilitates the hiring of qualified job applicants for senior positions; collaborates with program managers to understand skills and competencies required for openings.
- Input into overall hiring strategy of the organization to ensure our teams consist of a diverse set of qualified individuals
- Ensure the staffing needs of the company are being met, with a long-term talent strategy in mind
- Create and implement end-to-end candidate hiring processes to ensure a positive experience
- Creating analytics of various hiring funnels
- Devise and implement sourcing strategies to build pipelines of potential applicants, such as employer branding initiatives
- Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law.
SKILLS REQUIRED :
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
- Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures
- Good knowledge of employment/labor laws
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Attitude: self-starter, patient, minimal need for supervision
Preferred Qualifications :
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources Management
- 3-4 years of experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist
- Experience in Ed-tech company or startup will be preferred
OTHER REQUIREMENTS.
- Experience in the continual development of talent pipelines and sourcing potential candidates
- Firm understanding and implementation of recruiting metrics to drive decision-making is strongly preferred
- Should be able to independently work on critical open positions
- Commitment to defining, documenting, and following processes and workflows.
- Timings 10AM to 8PM IST
- Working days 6 working days/Sunday off
- Location Gurgaon / Bangalore, India. We're working remotely till the situation improves.
