About Camp K12 :

Camp K12 is a Global Online School for 21st-century skills founded by an MIT/Harvard computer science alum (ex-Google, McKinsey) and the Ex-CEO of Apple India. We-are teaching Coding and STEM to kids aged 5 - 18 via LIVE, interactive online sessions (1-on-1 and small-group) that take place in our gamified virtual classrooms and work 10x better than the status quo.

We raised a seed round in March 2020 and scaled revenue 120x as our team grew from 25 to 450 people. 200k+ students taught, looking to build a $1B+ global online school of the future, a one-stop,-shop for 21st parent/student needs including learning, credentialing, games/community, and more.

The core team hails from Wharton, Bain, BCG, IIT, and Teach for India and includes industry veterans from large 2-sided market systems like Uber, Ola, Swiggy, and Amazon.

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Communicate with the target audience online and educate them about what the brand offers

- Make the brand experience better for a user who seems dissatisfied

- Ensure the TAT is maintained

- Acknowledging compliments & showcasing the same on-brand social media pages

- Handle response management through a social media listening tool

- Share the brand comments in real-time with the brand managers

- Give a way forward strategy and provide a new direction to the brand for making the consumer experience better and work with leadership to explain and modify strategic plans

- Benchmark our brand against the competition on the same metrics

- Responsible for hands-on interaction within social media sites such as Facebook, Twitter, etc and with off-site social properties - other people's blogs, other company Facebook fan pages, forums, etc

- Responsible for understanding, analyzing, measuring, and reporting brand health and sentiment.

- In-depth understanding of Social Listening and Keyword-based Listening.

Gurgaon/Bangalore (We're working remotely for the next few months until the COVID situation improves)
