Roles & Responsibilities
- Sales Planning and Forecasting: building weekly / monthly / quarterly plans bridging between marketing and sales by using past data and indicators
- Managing technical tools and platforms, including CRMs (customer relationship management platforms such as Leadsquared)
- Developing "go to market" models for products and campaigns
- Ability to run experiments and execute ideas
- You will help us build our US and Canada business from the ground up by owning client relationships and creating a sales funnel
- You will drive mission critical customer acquisition for our coding courses and provide world class post sales service.
- Recruit, train and coach the sales team to meet monthly targets
- Ability to scale and manage a cohort of sales associates, Team Leaders and Managers.
- Plan and measure sales targets for the entire team, tracking detailed metrics for every team member and providing coaching/troubleshooting to the team at every step.
- Key skills: exceptional communication, sales, client servicing
- Key KRAs: sales, client NPS and renewals
- Timings: US timings (8PM to 6AM IST)
- Experience: 4-5 years of overall prior sales experience, leadership experience (ideal candidate will have the following experience EdTech + B2C + Inside sales)
- Attitude: self-starter, patient, minimal need for supervision
