Camomile - Manager - Operations

Description :

Lead, manage and execute best in class e-commerce initiatives to provide excellent customer experience. Operations lead will work with cross-functional partners in developing and executing a clear road map that aligns with business priorities. This includes strategizing, planning and developing end to end operations.

Roles and Responsibilities :

1. Manage the development of the overall user experience, creating the end to end experience from item set-up, content creation, promotional planning, marketing and supporting the post order purchase process.

2. Understand the core business values and initiatives, and translating those into everyday practices. Some of the key result areas include, responsibility for meeting operational and business goals, adoption of technology solutions and process improvement projects to achieve operational and business goals

3. Interact with sales, marketing, finance team and customers to understand demand forecast drivers.

4. Allocate & manage manpower resources based upon changing needs.

5. Analyze data and monitor performance to plan necessary improvements

6. Demonstrate strong business judgment and decision-making skills; ability to identify, prioritize, and articulate highest impact initiatives

7. Ensure necessary agreements are in place while on-boarding new vendors. Manage changes to standard legal agreements to meet the needs of the business.

8. Managing stakeholder communication across multiple lines of business on operational milestones, process changes and escalations

9. Preparing daily, weekly, monthly reports

Qualifications :

1. Any graduation with an MBA/MS majoring in operations.

Experience

1. Min. 8-10 years experience in the digital retailing market, B2C experience a must.

2. Experience in defining and executing new operational processes, thinking through all touch points and potential pitfalls

3. Extensive knowledge of the end to end e-commerce experience, focusing on systems and processes to define the experience

4. Knowledge of logistics & geographical areas will be a plus
