Cambay Consulting - Senior Manager - Recruitment

We are looking for a highly qualified professional to build and run a fresh team of IT Staffing Professionals. You will be responsible for hiring, training and managing a team of recruiters to fill the IT staffing positions of our clients.

The successful candidate will effectively ensure that their team is placing candidates as per client expectations and minimizing the time to complete orders.

Responsibilities:

- Hire a team of mid-level experienced IT Staffing recruiters

- Identify the training needs of such resources and hand hold them on our existing recruitment process

- Manage the overall recruitment cycle from sourcing to placement

- Devise and implement best practices to ensure minimum team to candidate placement

- Guide their team to generate leads from various sources and build strong relationships with clients, MSPs and other partners

- Ensure that the complete recruitment process is compliant as per the guidelines stated by the organization as well as the client

- Manage their clients and contribute to upsell as well as new client acquisition

- Manage escalations and take frontend recruitment role to lead their team from the front

- Conduct your work with integrity and responsibility

- Maintain current knowledge of recruitment processes and standards across the industry

Requirements and skills:

- Proven experience as a Manager/Senior Manager or above in a reputed IT Staffing company with minimum of 3-5 years' experience in a leadership role

- Excellent knowledge and understanding of IT Staffing best practices and placement strategies

- Proven record of client management and upsell/new client acquisition

- Demonstrated ability to create new strategies to improve existing processes

- High degree of professional ethics and integrity

- Sound judgement and ability to analyze situations and information

- Outstanding communication skills

- MBA Preferred

- Sound knowledge of various VMS portals as well as the Microsoft Office Suite
