What we are :

This is not your run of the mill startup. We are on a urgent mission to create India's premium health food startup company. Our outfit was launched 3 years ago with the sole aim to shake up the fitness and health food segment. With over 10 emerging and/or established products in the market already, we are striving towards the next level of growth of trying to make this into an Indian health food phenomenon. We are currently bootstrapped, but are looking vigorously for funding options and expect to close some very promising ones soon. What we need from you in a nutshell :

- Heels on Fire, 'get your hands dirty' kind of individual

- Ready to work in a startup environment with minimum constraints.

- Preferably worked in FMCG or retail and trade space. (Not mandatory, but a plus)

- Not a complainer, but a doer

What you should expect from us :

- Free hand in developing and creation of entire channels from scratch

- The hip startup factor (wink wink)

- Lots of free food samples to share (our product is ready to eat and also ready to cook)

- An ever growing range of foodstuffs in various categories (Ready to eat/cook/mix, you name it)

Your typical Sales & Marketing channel will include :

- Fitness and Nutrition Stores

- Type A1 category FMCG stores and eventually lower.

- Dealers / Distributors / Stockists and Niche Channel Partners

- B2B Channel Partners including Government and private organizations

Your typical role as a co-Founder :

- Region Sales Manager or Head possibly with teams

- Setup of an organized distribution channel across your region

- Based on your experience/caliber and comfort level, you might be given the reins to handle a fixed territory / region or even the pan Indian market

- Setting up the Supply Chain and Dealer/Distributor and Stockist Network

What is already on the ground up and running :

- Over 10 emerging and established products in both Veg/Non-Veg category

- Presence in more than 15 cities up and running

- Established Presence from Guwahati to Ahmedabad, Chandigarh to Chennai

- A recent focused kick start to expand our market in organized retail in metro and tier 1 cities

- Branding / Packaging and On line Retail is growing with plenty of room for explosive growth
