Position : Associate Director/Director - Sales and Business Development
Location: Pune
- Responsible for managing end-to-end sales process from lead generation to closure; Manage a team of sales executives to drive the lead gen activities
- Driving new business and incremental revenues in existing accounts
- Owns a revenue target - combination of hunting and business development
- Responsible for creating New Business opportunities and expanding into newer groups within existing customers by collaborating with pre-sales, delivery & Engineering teams to identify and create opportunities
- Maintaining C-level relationships
Skills and experience required:
- 12-15 years of sales experience in the digital transformation and product engineering services space (having previous track record of selling to the engineering & R&D organization - VP Engineering, CTOs, CIOs etc.
- Strong communication skills and sales acumen
- Strongly preferred: anyone who has some prior experience selling engineering services in the core areas that Calsoft focusses on would be preferred : Infrastructure, storage, virtualization, networking, telcom, IoT, Cloud, Security, AI/ML/Analytics, digital product engineering etc.
- Experience of leading a team of sales executives
- Proven track record of carrying and achieving revenue targets
