Functional responsibilities include :

- Generate supply inventory for profile database

- Lead mass Recruitment for entry level staff profile inventory - maids, cooks, nanny

- Lead channel alliances with maid agency for profile database.

- Head training and recruitment of the staff

- Thought leadership

- Building and managing team and operations

Looking for :

- Domain expertise in ecommerce supply acquisition

- Very strong leadership and problem solving skills

- Strong desire for a start up career trajectory
