Vertical Head - Care at Home Business

Roles and Responsibilities :

- CallHealth Services is expanding its business in to new territories, starting new services, and engaging with large corporates / clients. We require a dynamic personality who can manage the Care at Home Vertical / Business pan India. Candidate would be responsible for end to end management of all the activities in Care at Home Business Vertical. The incumbent will be full life cycle leader for this business / service line.

- The incumbent would hold the managerial position and will have to manage the team and entire function.

- To succeed in this role, you should have experience in setting up Care at Home Business (General Care, Nursing Care and Physiotherapy Care), be an excellent communicator, build rapport with internal/external stakeholders. We also expect you to be a strategic thinker with an analytical bend of mind and strong problem-solving skills.

- Candidate will be responsible for growth and entire service delivery in Care business

- Candidate will be responsible for revenue growth and P/L account

- Candidate will provide the required leadership for the function and team

- Candidate should be sales / business development oriented

- Should bring the good network of healthcare service providers

Some of the required services under Care at Home Business are :

- Enables patients to stay in their homes by monitoring and recording patient condition, providing support and personal services, and teaching families.

- Monitors patient condition by observing physical and mental condition, intake and output, and exercise.

- Supports patients by providing housekeeping and laundry services, shopping for food and other household requirements, preparing and serving meals and snacks, and running errands.

- Assists patients by providing personal services, such as, bathing, dressing, and grooming.

- Advises on nutrition, cleanliness, and housekeeping.

- Protects the home care agency by adhering to professional standards, home care policies and procedures, federal, state, and local requirements.

Desired Candidate Profile :

- Education - Graduate / Postgraduate / MBA / Masters

- Candidate should have at least 4 Years of relevant experience in Care at Home business

- Should have minimum of 6 Years of total Experience

- Should have hold the managerial position in previous experience in the same vertical

- We are looking for leadership capacity

- Candidates from like minded organizations (Portea, Healthcare at Home etc.) and from same business vertical are preferred

- Should be from Hyderabad or willing to settle in Hyderabad
