CallHealth - Senior Manager - Provider Networking

Role:

The role Senior Manager (Business Integrator) - Provider Networking works towards identifying the right Partner, Partnerships and establishing mutually beneficial business relations, and providing leadership to the function.

The Business Integrator who engages with Partners-PAN India which include a large number of hospitals, diagnostic centers, clinics, external specialists, Medical Equipment Supplier, Medical Consumables Supplier and other related vendors.

Main Responsibilities:

- The Business Integrator ensures comprehensive coverage of all vendors, specialties and helps in building scale horizontally and vertically.

- Plans the expansion and on-boarding of vendors / partners across functions / specialties / geographies.

- Executes the Partner Ecosystem and Outreach Plan, helps resolve Partner escalations and supports all Services Businesses towards achievement of revenue and growth targets as defined and agreed upon (as per the Annual Operating Plan).

- Identify requirements for partner for escalations and crash landing Portal - Features and Functionality.

- Study and mine opportunities to build Partner coverage.

- Plan for mitigation of potential issues/causes.

- Manage the new Partner registrations and validate the association details.

- Provide timely resolution of Partner escalations.

- Participate in Business performance reviews and assess opportunity areas, ensure all Partner Ecosystem measures remain green.

- Contribute ideas for overall Business and Scale Up Plan.

- Manage the entire supply chain pan India.
