Job Purpose: The Enabler- Services Product Management supports the Services Business Integrator in productizing the service experience, creating the brand salience, influencing stakeholder behavior and facilitating the customer acquisition activities. The Enabler manages the entire product Life cycle - from conceptualization to development and designs the go-to market strategies and plans.

Job Description:

- Evaluate and find ways to improve the business readiness.

- Assist in developing the Go-to market Service Product strategy and plan.

- Identify and design the product development road map.

- Drive the implementation of the Go-to market product plan and brand building initiatives.

- Provide timely resolution of customer escalations.

- Participate in Business performance reviews and asses opportunity areas, ensure all measures remain green.

- Collaborate with external brand partners / agencies for the effective execution of product marketing strategies and initiatives.

- As a nursing product manager, you're responsible for making sure that you have solid products and that they're well represented to the clients and customers that can benefit from them.

- You are responsible for figuring out what people's needs are and meeting them.

- This may involve holding focus groups with members of the population served.

- You may conduct market research, identify unsolved problems, and bring new solutions into the product line. This can be done in any of several ways: through acquisitions or partnerships or by overseeing the development of a new product.

- You need to develop marketing plans, provide sales support and training, and write documentation.You need to be aware of what's already on the market. You need to track competitors' products and develop differentiation strategies.

Desired Skill Set:

- Knowledge of HIPAA can be important and HL7

- Preferably looking for BAMS/BPT/MBBS/MHA
