Job Title: Enabler- Key Account Manager (Business Development)

Job Purpose:


The Enabler- Account Management is primarily responsible for the management of sales and relationships with particular customers. He/she maintains the company's existing relationships with a client or group of clients to have a successful long-term relationship and continued business with client. The Enabler- Account Management serves as the interface between the customer service and sales team. The enabler is required to think innovatively, drive customer engagement. The Enabler- Account Management actively collaborates with all Services Businesses and clients to help the business give customise plans to retain the client and achieve its revenue and growth targets as defined and agreed upon as per the Annual Operating Plan.


- The enabler is required to think innovatively, drive customer engagement (across customer touch points), understand customer's demand, plan on how to meet these demands and thus generate sales for CallHealth.


Job Description :


- Contribute ideas to develop the overall customer engagement and retention strategy.


- Provide support in understanding client requirements to maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.


- Develop new business with existing clients.


- Collaborate with Services Delivery for streamlining and monitoring the management of all service orders on a daily basis.


- Mine and leverage opportunities for strategic alliances with collaborators/competitors.


- Acquire knowledge of all the CallHealth Services to ensure cross selling.


- Be proactive and pitch in the services as required by the clien.


- Ensure all service orders are being managed in an optimal manner.


- Provide timely information on new marketing and sales campaigns to Service delivery for better preparedness.


- Forecast and track key account metrics.


- Clearly define the objectives and outcomes.


- Identify and continually mine opportunities for revenue growth and scale .
