Main Accountabilities:
- The role works towards identifying the right Partner partnerships and establishing mutually beneficial. The Partner groups that the enabler engages with include a large number of hospitals, diagnostic centers, clinics, external specialists and vendors.
- The enabler thus aims for ensuring comprehensive coverage of specialties and helps in building scale horizontally and vertically.
- The Enabler executes the Partner Ecosystem and Outreach Plan, helps resolve Partner escalations and supports all Services Businesses towards achievement of revenue and growth targets as defined and agreed upon (as per the Annual Operating Plan).
- The person in this role is trained on all the service offerings of CallHealth and are equipped with info-aids, demo materials, FAQs etc. and are equipped to handle all Partner queries.
1. Contribute ideas for overall Business and Scale Up Plan.
2. Identify requirements for partner for escalations and crash landing Portal - Features and Functionality.
3. Study and mine opportunities to build Partner coverage.
4. Plan for mitigation of potential issues/causes.
5. Implement and execute the Partner Ecosystem and Scale Up Plan.
6. Manage the new Partner registrations and validate the association details.
7. Provide timely resolution of Partner escalations.
8. Provide inputs for developing/ improving Business & Process Document.
9. Participate in Business performance reviews and assess opportunity areas, ensure all Partner Ecosystem measures remain green.
10. Provide support for continuous improvement culture across business. Candidates from Healthcare Industry, Healthcare Tech, Hospitals, Diagnostic Centers are preferred.
