Position Title : Manager – Call Centre Outbound
Department : D2C & Marketing
Grade : Manager/AM
Sub-Department : Marketing
Location(s) : Mumbai (HO)
Responsibilities:
- Manage a dedicated telesales team to generate business from database.
- Manage the overall personnel ,performance ,daily operations and discipline of the assigned team
- Manage the day to day activities with assigned vendors for telecalling activity, collection process, payment process .
- Liase with underwriters in decisioning of sourcing the new business.
- Maintenance of MIS relating to performance of each individual of the team and timely upward and downward feedback.
- Interface with key strategic initiatives in Sales Management including controls, systems, incentive models, recruitment/anti-attrition and others.
- Drive Monthly Sales Targets.
- Achieve productivity per head count.
- Coaching & Training of the Team
- Achieve COA Targets.
Key skills:
- Good Communication skills.
- Must be from insurance telesales background
- Experience in handling multiple tasks
- Any Graduate/Post Graduate
Experience:
- Must have at least 5-6 yrs of experience into team handling.
- Excellent Problem Solving, Analytical and communication skills
- Ability to handle work through agencies and vendors
- Decision Making Ability and Independent working ability
- Experience in Call centre management and understanding of processes involved
