California Burrito - Zonal Manager - Sales

ABOUT THE POSITION:

Our company is growing rapidly and we are looking for an enthusiastic Zonal Manager for our Delhi/NCR region with management and operational knowledge for existing and upcoming restaurants.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

- We are looking for an extremely talented operations leader with knowledge of F&B/retail/hospitality operations, a passion for developing their team members, an eye for detail and a hands-on approach.

- You will work directly with the Operations Head.

- You will learn broadly and deeply, have autonomy and freedom, and you will have the capacity to build the foundation of one of India's great brands.

ROLES/RESPONSIBILITIES :

Operations:

- Ensure manpower is available in stores.

- Respond to escalated customer complaints.

- Ensure all SOPs are followed (food safety standards, recipes, checklists, etc. ).

- Fix issues found in monthly audits.

- Hands on approach to fixing in-store recipe/food production issues (cooking).

- Spend time at stores at hours where they need supervision.

- Ensure food ratings and prep times targets are achieved.

- Execute new product rollouts.

Team Development:.

- Be a role model to the team.

- Select and train promising team members who have managerial potential.

- Take part in interviewing team members as required.

- Provide recognition for "job well done" and "ambitions achieved".

- Set training objectives for all team members Intervene directly in training where store managers are having issues correcting behavior.

Revenue & EBITDA:.

- Achieve sales and EBITDA targets set.

- Solicit bulk orders from companies.

- Review daily and weekly reports to improve EBITDA.

- Monitor key controllable costs (labor, utilities, food costs).

- Coordinate with the marketing team to achieve marketing objectives.

- Share ideas to the company for how to improve.

- Participate, from time to time, in business development activities.

SALARY:

- Will depend on experience.

- Upto 16LPA (including Incentives).

- Conveyance and mobile. expenses covered by company.
