Project Manager - Data Analytics (WFH/Remote)

Primary Responsibilities :

- Plan and execute medium to large projects

- Lead conversation at various levels and follow through

- Communicate and collaborate at all levels up to VP/GM

- Manage project execution to ensure adherence to budget, schedule, scope and outcome

- Manage resource capacity allocated to the project

- Monitor and track project milestones and deliverables; Tackle project delays with effective mitigation plan

- Confer with project personnel to identify and resolve problems/issues

- Work with the global team

- Provide direction to team members as and when required, and coordinate their activities

- Schedule and facilitate meetings

- Quickly adapt to a fast-paced environment

You Must Have :

- 10+ years of experience as Program manager with expertise in handling large projects.

- Experience of handling both waterfall and agile projects in Data and Analytics space

- Experience with Analytics projects (Cloud migration, Data, Insights, BI etc..)

- Skills to determine and implement Change management across cross teams.

- Should have experience in building out business cases / ROI.

- Excellent analytical, communication, organizational and problem-solving skills coupled with a strong work ethic.

- Proficient in using Atlassian tools set (Jira, Confluence, Advanced reporting) and MSP.

- Strong business acumen and technical background, with the ability to quickly understand and communicate technical concepts and challenges across wide-ranging audiences

- Good understanding of cloud technologies - AWS preferred

- Ability to work effectively under pressure, independently, and within a collaborative team-oriented environment using sound judgement and decision making.

- Experience in effectively communicating challenges and recommendations to leadership team

- Flexibility to work occasional hours outside normal business, according to business needs

- Ability to manage workload for teams across regions.

We Value :

- Experience of managing cloud migration projects

- Understanding of Data and Analytics domain (Data Science, Visualization Solutions, Data Warehousing and Big Data) and prior experience of managing Data Science Projects

- Relevant Project Management Certification/s
