Job Summary : The Sales Head will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and market share growth. This role requires a results-driven individual with excellent communication and leadership skills.


Key Responsibilities :


- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve organizational goals and objectives.


- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new opportunities and areas for growth.


- Lead and mentor the sales team, providing guidance and support to ensure individual and collective success.


- Foster a high-performance culture within the sales team, encouraging collaboration and continuous improvement.
