Key Responsibilities:
Accountabilities
- Liaison with Government Depts., particularly for Statutory Permissions & levies.
- Take care of Land Procurement like Revenue, Panchayat, Stamp Duty, DILR, etc., Infrastructure/Utility Service Providers like Roads & Buildings, NHAI, DMFCC, Irrigation, GAIL, DGVCL, GMB, etc.
- Engaging and maintaining cordial relationship with Government & Local Authorities like GIDC, HNA, Municipal Corporation, Panchayats, Neighbouring Industries & Trade Associations, and Police.
- To Study, Conceptualise, Draft and Submit Finalised Representations, Presentations, etc. on Govt. Policy/Taxation Matters which have an Impact on Company Operations
- To maintain Harmonious Relations with Surrounding Community thru- Engagement Programs, CSR Activities, etc.
- Develop & Build a Team aligned to Business Objectives.
- To organize Events, Site Visits, Participation in Trade Exhibitions, etc.
- Also liaise for HSEF-related matters with PESO, GPCB, IBR etc.
- Flair for Six Sigma, TQM, etc. would be an added advantage.
Educational Qualifications Necessary:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
Desirable:
- Masters in Management (Any discipline) - Preferable in Marketing
Relevant Experience - Min. 12 - 15 years of experience in Engineering functions with passion for networking, communication and Liasioning.
