CA Technologies - Director - Accounting

Must to Have :

- Around 15 + years of experience

- Excellent Communication Skills with Positive attitude.

- Good customer Management (internal and External)

- Should have Managed team 4 - 10 people and should have managed team for around 5 years

- Should have Hands on Accounting, AP, Payroll in his / her career (need not be a Subject Matter Expert in all areas)

- Several years in a role with full responsibility for Accounting (Accounting manager, Chief Accountant or similar)

- Hands on experience with a major ERP system (SAP, Oracle etc)

- Strong Managerial & Leadership Skills, with ability to Coach, guide, set the right expectations and directions

- Ability to Engage, Motivate and Drive people to develop and change.

- Should have experience in working on process improvements and internal controls

- Should be from Technology oriented companies

- Some amount of exposure to corporate & income tax laws

- Process & Operational Oriented approach who can put measures and deliver on customer satisfaction and expectations

- Ability to take tough decisions who can own his / her decisions and hold self and team accountable for results.

Good to have :

- Corporate Governance (understanding the role of director of a company)

- Experience in managing managers who have teams

- Acting as a Finance leader for Internal Organization like CA ITC

- Ability to have vision

- Hands on experience with Hyperion

- Knowledge of Indian GAAP

- Exposure to US GAAP
