Role Overview:


As a Sales and Customer Service Person, you will be responsible for delivering an excellent customer experience, driving sales, and ensuring that customer queries and issues are handled effectively and efficiently. You will work in a high-end, customer- centric environment where your contribution will directly impact the overall success of the company.


Key Responsibilities:


- Customer Engagement: Greet customers, understand their needs, and assist them in selecting jewellery that meets their preferences and budget.


- Product Knowledge: Stay updated on all products, including their features, prices, and care instructions, to guide customers in making informed purchasing decisions.


- Sales Targets: Meet and exceed monthly sales targets by upselling, cross- selling, and creating customized sales solutions for customers.


- Transaction Processing: Handle transactions, process payments, and provide necessary billing information.


- Orders: Taking customer orders as per their requirements.


- Services: Inform customers about our benefits, services, special offers, and newly launched limited-edition products.


Customer Service Responsibilities:


- Customer Queries: Address customer queries via phone, email, or in-person, ensuring timely and professional resolution.


- Issue Resolution: Handle customer complaints and feedback, ensuring customer satisfaction while maintaining company policies.


- Returns and Exchanges: Manage product returns, exchanges, and warranty- related requests in a professional manner, ensuring compliance with company policies.


- Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and enhance brand loyalty.


- Post-Purchase Assistance: Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction with their purchases and offer additional services such as cleaning, maintenance, and repairs.


Skills and Qualifications:


- Experience: Previous experience in retail sales or customer service in the luxury goods industry is preferred.


- Strong Communication Skills: Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with customers.


- Customer-Centric: Focused on providing a high level of service and understanding customer needs.


- Sales Skills: Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets and convert customer interest into sales.


- Attention to Detail: Ability to maintain product knowledge, handle transactions, and manage customer records accurately.


- Problem-Solving: Ability to handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and effective manner.


- Team Player: Ability to collaborate with team members and contribute to a positive work environment.


- Basic Computer Skills: Familiarity with POS systems, Microsoft Office, and customer management software.
