Role Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sr.

Credit Manager at cKers Finance in Delhi, India.

The Sr. Credit Manager will be responsible for credit management, credit risk management, analytical tasks, and financial assessments related to sustainable energy projects.

Qualifications:

- Credit Management and Credit Risk Management skills.

- Analytical Skills.

- Finance expertise.

- Experience in credit assessment and underwriting.

- Strong understanding of financial markets.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team.

- Relevant certifications or degrees in Finance, Economics, or related field.

Position Deliverables:

- Define the product and processes to enable lending to Small Commercial Vehicle first time owners and fleet owners.

- Driving the sales training, credit appraisal, decisioning, disbursement, loan operations, loan monitoring, vehicle monitoring, audit and compliance.

- Setting up program parameters across different product and partner program.

- Source and manage field investigation and audit agencies and electronic verification providers.

- Managing portfolio risk across partners, OEMs, cities and product segments.

- Leveraging technology and OEM partnerships to develop market leading credit risk monitoring models.

- Support city rollout and partner onboarding and collection best practice development.

- Developing and managing the credit and operations team.

You Must Have:

- Experience of setting up loan systems and processes from scratch.

- Experience of Vehicle loan credit and policy for an NBFC for at least 5 years.
