Core responsibilities
1. Develop strategic plan to achieve revenue goals from an assigned portfolio; strive to hit or exceed revenue goals
2. Retain and grow revenue from existing and new clients
3. Develop, maintain and promote client relationships at senior and mid-management levels for clients from FMCG/e-commerce/ internet services/online gaming/OTT, Media & Entertainment/Handset Manufacturers/Telecom, etc.
4. Build and pitch compelling story lines and data-driven presentations customized to clients- business and problems
5. Ability to craft, create and deliver insightful narratives or solutions to meet clients' marketing goals
6. Understand and effectively communicate the company's value proposition, technology, partnerships as related to growth of current and prospective client accounts
7. Work with internal teams to facilitate clients- ad campaigns from start to finish
8. Understand trends in digital advertising, agency and advertiser landscapes and report this to the organization
Experience required
1. Graduate or Post graduate degree in sales/marketing/advertising/technology/general management/mass communications
2. 7+ years of experiences in ad sales [preferably digital ad sales]
3. Demonstrated understanding of digital media platforms and ad metrics
4. Demonstrated experience in working with cross-functional teams
5. Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
6. Experience with analyzing data and delivering insights
7. Self-starter, fast learner with a can-do spirit
8. Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed
