Core responsibilities
1. Develop strategic plan to achieve revenue goals; hit or exceed these revenue goals
2. Retain and grow revenue from existing and new clients
3. Develop, maintain and promote agency relationships at senior and mid-management levels for campaigns related to FMCG/e-commerce/ internet services/online gaming/OTT, Media & Entertainment/Handset Manufacturers/Telecom industries etc.
4. Ability to craft, create and deliver insightful narratives or solutions to meet clients' marketing goals
5. Understand and effectively communicate the company's value proposition, technology, processes, partnerships as relate to growth of current and prospective client accounts
6. Work with internal teams to facilitate clients- ad campaigns from start to finish
7. Understand trends in digital advertising, agency, advertiser, and vendor landscapes and report this to the organisation.
Requirement-
1. MBA with specialisation in sales/marketing/advertising/technology/general management
2. 7-10 years of experiences in agency-led ad sales [preferably agency-led digital ad sales]
3. Demonstrated understanding of digital media platforms and ad metrics
4. Proven success in working with cross-functional teams
5. Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
6. Experience with analyzing data and delivering insights
7. Self-starter, fast learner with a can-do spirit
8. Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed
