Operations & CRM Manager
- Help find opportunities to improve sales team efficiencies, and lead efforts to scale standard methodologies across verticals/sectors
- Develop, lead & report on key revenue and sales pipeline metrics along with Sales team
- Make sure data input process is efficient and reporting is smooth
- Set up training plan for Sales & create/own training material
- Set up and lead a team supporting manual calculations and their automation
- Lead a team of Operations executives supporting operational aspect
- Manual calculations, automation, training & knowledge tests
- Collaborate with sister teams to automate CRM tool to increase the through
- Put rate of all operational teams
- Manage the GCRM system and help improvise the tool for India market
- Work with the global team to create market specific tools and implementation processes
- Create dashboards and reports for leadership for visbility and decision making
- Work to develop data infrastructure (data pipelines, reports etc) and other tools (Tableau, Salesforce, etc.) to make analytics easier and more effective
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent education/experience, MBA is preferred;
- 4+ years of overall experience in Operations & Reporting
- 4+ years of experience with CRM tools (Salesforce or similar tools preferred)
- 4+ years of experience in optimizing revenue recording processes and training Sales teams
- Project management & strategic implementation experience preferred
- Experience in creating tailor made CRM processes with product development teams
- Passion and experience leading functional initiatives, with proven track record in taking projects from opportunity to execution and results
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a track record of presenting to senior management
- Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize multiple projects
- Demonstrated scaling of expertise and best practices
- Experience working within a high-growth, technology company would be highly beneficial
- Experience in optimizing sales process and performance
