Key Responsibilities:
1. Managing and governing the HRBPs - daily and weekly activities like making sure they are meeting their daily/weekly targets, facilitating them with various process etc.
2. Come out with creative approaches (which will be deployed by HRBPs) to maximize employee engagement and reduce attrition
3. Engaging with senior managers/ GM/ AVP sales on a periodic basis to reduce attrition and increasing employee commitment
Candidate Profile:
Specifically, the candidate should have:
- MBA/PGDM from Tier-1/2 B-School in HR or equivalent field
- Proven experience as an HR Business Partner for at least 5+ years
- Excellent people management and communication skills
- Prior experience of working with the large and young sales team
