The Role:
- We are looking for a seasoned Talent Acquisition specialist who has good exposure in lateral hiring to help our company discover and acquire excellent employees across Sales, HR, Marketing among other business functions. The candidate will be entrusted with an ongoing quest to discover top quality talent, build a strong employer brand and ensure great relationships with stakeholders.
- The candidate will be responsible for the entire recruiting lifecycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing & scheduling. To be successful in this role, s/he should have an HR academic background and experience in screening and evaluating candidates. The candidate will also be mentoring 2 or more team members to help them perform better.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop recruiting strategies to identify qualified candidates through various recruiting tools.
- Communicate with peers by sharing recruiting best practices and providing accurate, thorough documentation on documentation tools.
- Review the job description; understand the requirements and accordingly execute a search plan for identifying potential candidates to fit the requirement.
- Source candidates using multiple channels like job portals, internal database, social media etc.
- Assess applicants relevant experience, knowledge, skills and competencies
- Scheduling, coordination and ownership of end-to-end recruitment cycle.
- Build a strong candidate relationship & credibility to leverage their trust for getting referrals.
- Timely communication with the candidates and keeping them posted with updates on their candidature to ensure a seamless candidate experience.
- Partner with our Internal stakeholder to understand, forecast the needs and requirements
- Mentoring junior team members and collaborate with the team to create best results
Candidate Profile:
- 4-7 years of experience handling end to end Recruitment life cycle for multiple non tech positions.
- MBA or equivalent degree from a premier institution.
- Strong knowledge & understanding of the recruitment process, stakeholder management, recruitment marketing, and candidate experience.
- Proven experience in interviewing and assessing potential hires for leadership positions and assisting with onboarding processes
- Experience in the continual development of talent pipelines and sourcing potential candidates
- Exceptional oral and written presentation and communication skills.
- Proven ability of team leadership through time and experience.
- Firm understanding and implementation of recruiting metrics to drive decision making is strongly preferred
- Interpersonal skills and ability to communicate at all organizational levels, and foster strong cross-functional teamwork.
