The Role:
We at Byju's are looking for an enthusiastic and dynamic candidate with 3 to 5 years of experience in user experience and growth strategy. The primary objective of the role is to determine how to augment the customer experience. The incumbent will be responsible for owning the growth initiatives across platforms and drive user engagement & retention matrices.
The role involves partnering very closely with the Product and Tech teams to improve the customer journey.
The incumbent will report to AVP, Strategy & Planning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deploy life cycle management strategies aimed at solving day to day problems. Maximize customer stickiness and longevity in order to improve the overall subscription revenue of the organization
- Identify subscriber needs and partner with product & tech teams to augment the customer experience
- Drive end to end marketing campaigns from ideation to implementation
- Define/track consumer product metrics and analyze effectiveness of campaigns
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data and insights to identify requirements and information useful in optimizing customer experience
- Track consumer behaviour analytics to drive usage & revenue enhancement
- Improvising on subscriber engagement activities on Android application/website in order to increase DAU / MAU and improve on retention matrices
- Ensure that each touchpoint across the customer journey is engaging, efficient, and effective
Candidate Profile:
- MBA/PGDM from IIM/IIT
- 3 to 4 years of proven experience as a Marketeer post MBA
- Excellent analytical and stakeholder management/liasoning skills with high accountability for his/her actions
- Ability and enthusiasm to see through a project end to end
