The Role
We at Byju's are looking for an enthusiastic and dynamic HRBP with 6-10 years of experience in Business HR. The incumbent will be responsible in handling the HRBPs assigned to him/her in their respective BU (in a reasonably high volume employee set up) and to monitor HRBP connects, handling escalations, sharing insights to sales managers etc.
This position will be based in Bangalore
Candidate Profile :
- MBA/PGDM from Top B-School in HR 2013 / 2014 /2015 / 2016 batch
- 6-10 years experience as an HR Business Partner
- Prior experience managing front line sales workforce will be preferred in FMCG, FMCD, Pharma, BFSI, Banking, Insurance environment
- Excellent people management skills
- Prior Experience of working with large and young sales team
- Deep understanding of human resources policies and procedures
- Demonstrable experience with HR metrics
- Excellent communication skills
Key Responsibilities :
- Handling a team of 3 to 5 HRBPs. Responsible for planning and achieving organizational objectives
- Monitoring 1:1 connects to understand and gauge the behavioral fitment of fixed term employees
- Innovative group connects to increase awareness regarding organizational policies, selection criteria and the likes
- Addressing the grievances of the fixed term employees and the related hierarchy
- Ensuring minimal escalations arising from the set of employees being managed by their team of HRBPs
- Sharing the insights with the sales managers and helping sales managers to do things to address the fixed term employee concerns (including modifying their management style and approach)
- Directly acting on fixed term employee concerns as well as the concerns of their managers in cases the concerns are not related to manager behaviors
