- Managing Employee Lifecycle - Work with line managers and employees to address all types of employee relations issues, fairly representing all interests
- Partner closely with the leadership team & CoE's team and hold Performance, Organizational Design, Employee Engagement, Culture pillars and Code Of Conduct tightly
- Develop, Implement, and administer policies to enhance employee performance and experience
- Be a coach and guide when it comes to organizational culture
- Plan and implement organizational changes required to support massive growth plans YOY
- Plan and implement strategies around Compensation, Learning, Growth to improve employee engagement and performance
- Plan and implement Talent review, retention, and growth plan
