Byju's - Product Manager/Associate Product Manager - Business Strategy - IIM/ISB/MDI/FMS

The Role:

We are looking for a motivated and self-driven individual to join in the Business / Sales Strategy Team. You would be handling one or more processes / modules and owning their outcomes from start to finish. Your responsibilities will include Execution, Training, Performance Tracking, Making Improvements among other things.

Location: Bangalore (5 days working : Mon-Fri)

Responsibilities:

- Work closely with the senior product manager to create and maintain product backlog

- Capture product requirements, translate them to epics, features and user stories

- Assess value, develop cases, and prioritize projects and themes in alignment with product strategy to derive maximum value

- Provide direction to the development team and manage stakeholder expectations

- Mitigate risks, resolve bottlenecks and issues to ensure timely completion of milestones / releases

- Monitor and measure launched products / modules using key metrics and use data for product refinement

- Conduct market and user research and analysis to capture potential product pivots

- Clearly communicate plans, insights, data and results to cross-functional stakeholders such as operations, supply chain, sales, strategy

- Keep abreast with Agile/Scrum best practices and new trends

Basic Qualifications:

- MBA Graduate from Tier-1 Business Schools

- 2-4 years of work experience preferably in product development

Skills Required:

- Prior experience and understanding of CRM tools like Salesforce, Leadsquared etc.

- Strong knowledge of Agile principles and process

- Successful track record of developing products within deadlines

- Experience in organizing and managing cross-functional projects

- Experience in making data-driven analytical decisions with strong analytical and quantitative skills

- Excel/Data management skills and Presentation Skills

- Excellent attention to detail, creative and innovative thinker

Good to Have:

- Hands on knowledge of wireframing tools

- Hands on experience with project management tools like Jira

- Experience and understanding of BI tools like Tableau, Power BI etc.
